Hidden Path Quest - doing it in normal and elite

I haven’t done the hidden path quest yet. Reading about it though, I can see it can be done in normal and elite, but does it scale down in those difficulties to the relevant levels?

Of course. Do note that the bosses are fairly tough even when scaled down though.

Okay. Would you be alright if twinked? (I probably have about 80% blues/legendaries in game)

Yes, with twinked gear it’s not an issue.

I only have two chars that haven’t finished Epic yet and I seem to be ok.
