Horn of Gandarr using off hand damage

Horn of Gandarr uses off hand for weapon damage even when you are using a caster offhand meaning it is adding nearly no damage to it

Thought to post this as well, but forgot.

It sucks for my pierce shield build cuz shield has no pierce ratio. Please consider making it main hand only or two hands.

The -elemental resist doesn’t work either.
I tested against target dummy using Rune of Haggard

Rune of Haggard no RR
3062 per projectile

Rune of Haggard with -30% elemental damage from Aura of Censure
3762 per projectile

Rune of Haggard with -35% elemental damage from Horn of Gandarr
3062 per projectile

Rune of Haggard with -30% frome Aura of Censure and -35% elemental resist from Horn of Gandarr
3762 per projectile

It reduces enemy’s elemental damage, not resistance.
