Recently installed 9.2 update. I first noticed it with my horse stables, but now my goat barn is doing the same thing: All the slots for workers are opened and should have workers, but there are none. I have enough laborers to cover the slots too. My horses have already all died once because they are “rough” status without herders. I tried turning off the building, removing and re-adding all the worker slots, nothing seems to be working. Previously, eventually workers appeared but not for a few in-game years. I am trying to find the save file but I can’t find it on my computer and I think that might be part of the problem.
Saves should be in My Documents - My Games - Farthest Frontier - Save. Check that the My Documents folder hasn’t been hi-jacked by One Drive.
Finally found it! One Drive the villain again.
