I can’t pick the first Report, it doesn’t matter if I try the quest on another difficulty or try to enter someone’s else server.
More details:
I found the 2nd and 3rd report first. When I found the first report the character picked the item but it didn’t go into my inventory. Now the dead body that contains it doesn’t spawn anymore for this character.
The corpses do not despawn while on the quest, nor do quest items disappear from the inventory unless a quest is turned in.
Are you sure you are checking the right corpse location?
That’s a lore note, not a quest item.
The quest is in the Dread Wastes.

It seems like post FoA release/GT overhaul update Grimtools isn’t 100% accurate with several things at the moment, quest locations, item acquisition, map, checklist etc i’ve spotted errors with.
So can’t rely on it with the same accuracy as before until gets updated and need to double check/verify elsewhere sometimes
