Houses are stuck in the current state and do not upgrade inspite of meeting requirements. An icon does appear, however does not allow to trigger the upgrade

Did you turn auto upgrading off in the top right of the screen?
I had the same problem; could not upgrade manually either although all conditions met and upgrade arrow showing.

Thank you. Clear as daylight and missed it.
That needs to be on for housing to upgrade. The manual button doesn’t do anything (not sure why it’s there really, maybe it’ll get implemented some day).
