Nevermind, found it.
I encountered the item as soon as I started the expansion questline and promptly sold it. I now don’t know how to get another copy…

The only way is to get it, is from another character or use a tool like GDstash.
I sold too, really we can´t get again?..
I think developers should fix this in any way boys, don´t you think so?.. Because I can´t get it, and I have to level up another pj?.. lol
Not every character can beat the secret boss, so it’s really fine if you take the memento from another toon. Just use it on your strongest.
Not trying to be a dick, but why would you sell it in the first place? It’s an unique amulet.
It also doesn’t sell for very much if I’m not mistaken. 
Because Sahdina’s Memento looks a lot like a Preserver Pendant with a rare affix, so went you sell all your green for iron bits sometimes you sell one too much.
Same here must have sold it without knowing its a quest item, how come this item was sold able if its a quest item should have been locked non sense really
