How do I remove masteries while keeping skills?

I try to use GD stash( to edit level ) and GD Defiler( remove mastery )to do the trick, but no matter what it won’t work.

I either can totally remove masteries and skills or try to remove masteries while keeping skills which end up masteries remain there.

I saw someone able to do it, but how? Is there other tool which can remove masteries?

Go to the skills list and only remove the class training skill. Here’s an example for Dail (I made it kinda ridiculous though):
