How do you access Port Valbury? via a quest?

Do you have to create a new character from scratch?

You need three Dynamite sticks to open the entrance too.

just made my first 2 runs, i like it.

Finally a roguelike dungeons with cool MI’s and a legendary drop monster drop.

I really can’t seem to find any rift/portal in conflagration. I cleared the area 2 times now…

Did you get the quest from the Outcast? Only way to get to there. If you don’t have the quest you’ll have to complete her other quests first before she gives you this one.

Are you sure about that as I’ve never had the outcasts quest and not had a problem entering. :confused::confused:

I believe there’s problem with the GoG version which some people are on causing the rift entrance not to show

You actually don’t need to get the quest for Anasteria to get there. A dynamite site will appear in the map at The Conflagration.
