can you install and uninstall mods?

Example: Can I install this to take a picture, then uninstall it to make sure it isn’t messing with game code and my bug reports are accurate?

yes you should

Yes. The mods are run through MelonLoader, and uninstalling is basically the same as installing it in the first place.
