Any help would be appreciated.
I have a Logitech G13 although there are lots of other options. If we use my Death Knight as an example I have the left mouse macro’d, I always do that in these types of games. I also have skills 1 - 5 set up to be pressed repeatedly in order. I adjust that according to the char that I’m playing as not all of them have 5 skills that need pressing as quickly. This seems to work very well and seriously cuts down on the RSI. I doubt I would be able to spend much time playing the game were it not for this.
