How does proc on default attack work?

I’m playing deathknight atm and I’ve got several “activate on default attack”
I’m planning Reaping Strike to heal me.
Will having other skills like necrotic/zolhan/markovian have any negative impact on proc?
If i’m using cadence can Reaping Strike proc of all 3 attacks in the rotation?

Only if total % from all the skills exceeds 100% (then % chance for Reaping Strike lowers a tiny bit proportionally to the total sum)

No. It’s Cadence that can proc all these 3 attacks.
