How does RAtA works with wps?

Hello everyone!
I wish to know how this “Retaliation Added to Attack” works for wps and auto-attack skills.

For example: I have Righteous Fervor+20% RAtA and a Shattering Smash+20% RAtA. Does it stacks by multiplicative or additive way? Or maybe by some drastically different method.

I’ll pray to all forgotten gods that someone who are FG-tester will find this thread and answer me:)

P.S: I am not a native speaker, so there are can be some little mistakes)
