Have always wondered this, how does the 80 HP regen to pets actually get calculated?
Is it actually only 80 hp regen? because with them having HP pools far exceeding the player, I can’t really see it making any actual difference in that case.
Does it get multiplied by something? (like a passive stat like Energy Regen that pets have)
Or is there some mechanic in place that makes the HP regen actually work?
like player regen maybe?
flat stacked up then modified with %regen?
so when you have flat sources like tree and Blood of Dreeg they then get boosted by ex Heart of The Wild
and unless concentrated it would be a pittance on anything except for skeletons and crab etc?
From what I remember reading from others updates back, it’s like this. Which is probably why pet health regen was also removed from Call of the Grave at some point - too low to do what it was designed to do when your pets health goes into several tens of thousands. Maybe if you stack a ton of it and % health regen it might be useful for blocking DoTs or on Skellies as they have around 20k health but it’s probably preferable to find a better way of healing at that point.
On the flip side though, it means negative health regen like Hungering Void tickles them as you probably know
Wait, the health loss from Hungering Void is not part of the AoE though is it?
Does it still affect Pets? If so, does that mean in multiplayer, other players also lose HP?
