How did that happen ?
I am 99% certain there is no legitimate way for a character to deal over 24 million damage in a single attack, heck, a tenth of that is more believable.

Going back down to normal difficulty with an ultimate character might let you do shenanigans like that
Using war cry at SR 200 or something.
With DW Malkadar Reaper, you can see 2M execution hits in SR.
But his number is 24 million…
Just telling legit and easy reachable numbers. 24m is quite unrealistic. It can be Warcry %33 health reduce but that also require a non-nemesis monster with 72m health…
I suppose it is technically doable at stupidly high SR levels on something like the Bloated Maggot with 0% Life Reduction resistance, so what Maska suggested. But getting to said SR levels legitimately is also no easy feat 
. Maybe in Normal SR like Snazz suggested it’d be easier, but then there’s also the time taken to reach those shard levels that needs to be considered.
I’d be more inclined to believe with no additional information than what the first post gives that it’s just from a non-legit/hacked character.

Stats of the character seems quite normal, a normal Warlord.
