did dalia’s quest at lvl 96, and still got the regular. is it random or am i missing something?
The mythical version is probably in the normal loot pool, so you’ll need to farm for it.
You got regular Stormheart from Daila in Mourndale?, that shouldn’t be the case that quest rewards random epics in normal and elite but Gives Blazeheart in Ultimate.
She doesn’t give Stormheart in any difficulty in her quests in Mourndale, but gives a random weapon in Normal and Elite and Blazheart in Ultimate.

I tried searching in Cinder Wastes near the Altar there but I can’t find Mythical Stormheart. Someone said it can be found in one of the urns there.
Desolate Wastes (You enter there through the Altar of Rattosh) around the northwest corner. There’s some urns and a blue fire.

Hi, I’ve found the place and shattered the urns but no Mythical Stormheart. Is there anything I need to do first? (I’m lvl 100 on Ultimate)
In the zone where you find Ulgrim lost, in the north part of the area there is a pot with blue smoke next to it. Break it and you get the weapon.

Greetings. I went to the Desolate Wastes as per the instructions but I could not get it. I went there back after completing Dailas quest in Mourndale, but after breaking urns of both sides of the altar it does not drop. I do not remember going there when I was there for the first time, however that was a few months ago. Did I miss it in that playthrough, or am I missing something else?

As a matter of fact I did read that guide. I did however miss the part where an Ancient Urn was supposed to be there but I do not see it now. I vaguely remember smashing it before but without a Stormheart in it (altough take that with a grain of salt since my memory may not be accurate).
Have you done all steps of Hidden quest before smashing of Ancient Urn?? Nane’s Stash, Heart of Darkness,etc.
No, I did not - I am missing the hearth. Is that a prerequisite to it? I didnt get the impression that it is.
It is. Without it the right urn does not spawn.
