I am working on a druid as well at the moment , but more TSS focused and totem.
Nevertheless, i changed the skills a bit around , based on a cyclone build on Nery:

Should give you better damage to switch away from Stormcaller to star pact and max the -rr skills
Furthermore some items to consider, if they are availible or maybe trade here on the forum or discord:
Fateweaver Rainment as armor, Final March as boots , Storm sheppard as belt, Amulet a more def. one since the 3 piece bonus does not give a lot of more damage.
In general, you components are where you get the most of your def. stats come from.
At the moment they are all for more offence, you need more def. since damage is very good and coming from you skills.
Devotions , take a look at the other builds , what they did and ask them why ?
