Nope, same green as all the others. Just have to learn who they drop from.
Doesn’t it have the name of the monster in it? Like Kilian’s skullbreaker for example.

if the base item is green, it is almost certainly an MI.
If the base item is white/yellow, it almost certainly isn’t.
Use Rainbow Filter, makes it easier at a glance without having to hover over each item on the ground. MIs modifies how certain skills works.
You also get used to easily identifying them eventually. Some maps like west of Homestead and Necropolis interior have mobs which frequently drops MIs.
