Basically, what is the grimtools Ctrl + Shift equivalent for the in-game skill tree to see the number of skill points spent in each skill, without equipment bonus.
Presently, there isn’t one.
Need one 
Only way to do it ingame is to unequip any stuff that gives you the + to skills.
Hope they could implant this feature. There are a actually a few times that I didn’t know that I went over the hard cap of certain skills after gear change. When you have 15+ alts that are all level 94-100 with end-game builds (campaign-wise), you tend to make this kind of mistakes. A feature to show how many bonus skill points are already on the skills would help a lot.
