I’ve killed Loghorrean and got the message that elite is now unlocked. Can’t find any exit or any other pointers. Did not help talking to Creed. Please point me in the right direction. I’ve restarted the game, but it doesn’t seem to help either. 
If you don’t have the expansion or don’t want to play it now, then you must exit the game back to the character screen, go to Normal Difficulty and click on that and then click on the Elite icon to unlock it, then click Accept. That’ll change the difficulty from Normal to Elite and then you go back into the game and start it all over again on Elite Difficulty.
