Hunch feeling: I think the update v0.7.5 is coming soon (matter of hours)?

I’ve got the feeling that update v0.7.5 is coming at it’s earliest in a couple hours? Maybe some last minute preparations, the work hours of the new week almost starts for Crate entertainment. Monday morning is the best moment to release a new update. Because this gives the rest of the work week time to fix issues.
So more breathing space for them. However, Tuesday might be used too, because of three days might be enough to fix bugs?

Although I also want to play with new version as soon as possible, the dev team needs to take a break after continuous work.

Indeed, isn’t it called the weekend? For saving their next weekend it is recommend to put the release at the start of the week.

It’s partly a frustration, because half of my food chain doesn’t operate because of the bugs.
I can’t slaughter any cows (but they steal a lot of food.) The hunter doesn’t find anything to hunt, while the deer jumps happy in front of her/his nose.
The fisher trows the fish on the shore, but no one can pick it up. The area just around the water is inaccessible (because of the mountains, and the flattening tool can’t reach it.)
(Most herbs can’t be reached either, so the soap production doesn’t work most of the time.)

Everyone is surviving on the fields and trade, but this is difficult because their is no clay, so the clay takes most of the money, (I also get a lot money from selling overproduction. But most traders don’t even show interest in agriculture products. so, I don’t have any medicine either, the resources don’t grow on my map, and are rarely sold by the traders.

Stone, basically every trader trows with it, but my people can’t eat it.

It is mainly a tier 2 barn issue, as soon as the barn exceed it’s maximum the slaughter function doesn’t work anymore.

I found the recommendation by the devs for not upgrading the barn to late.
And destroying the barn and building a new one isn’t a solution either, because the cows disappear in the void: Moooo.

I think all cow issues are related to fence gates. That’s what I’ve read and it’s also my personal experience. A cow is probably stuck in a gate somewhere on the map. Can be hard to find. It would be great if there was a button to search for the cows.

The thing is that the barn and the cows are in the same field. so it shouldn’t cause any trouble. The level one farm doesn’t have this issue. However no cows are born over their.

…or so you would think. I don’t know how they do it (sneak past the herders? jump a fence? tunnel their way out?) but rogue cows still escape and and run all across the map. Usually they end up stuck in a gate until I free them.

we may need a GIB 0.7.5 thread :stuck_out_tongue:

Move the cows to a new barn … then destroy the building… uuh what

Just give it time and they will start growing… you play for 10 minutes then freak out thinking everything is bugged out? Set your smokehouse ratios properly, delete awkwardly placed fences/walls you have.

Made several towns of 600 population. Quit complaining and start a new town. Let your town die, its okay. 0.7.5 will need a new game anyway. I doubt it will fix even half the known bugs. Bug smashing is hard.

I can only hope. I have flatten the same area for 20 years and it is still not flat enough to build a house on! Sadly I found a second area in my housing area that I can not build on. It is beginning to suck.

Cows get born just fine in T1 Barns, I had a birth immediately after the new year once I got 2 cows.

I’ve got 146 hours on my count, and I’ve sacrificed more than enough sleep. I’ve got those bugs already running for more than 20 years in game. My population didn’t grow because of those bugs. I’m still stuck at a little over 300 in population, but those bugs will cause my towns downfall.
I passed the 100 years mark, so the elders will start dying soon. The bugs halted my populations growth, so half my population wil die of age.

try to destroy fence near by. I dont know why but look like a bug prevent cow get throw the fence, so they cant comeback to barn to be slaughtered

Yup, mine too

Probably upgraded hunter’s hut with trapping enabled? They’re just busy with the traps. Turn those off and they should be hunting again.

How do you do that? I did look in the hunter lodge dialog box and didn’t see any obvious setting. I have the same problem with the non-upgraded ones. OK they don’t have traps but they still stop catching the deer after a while. One explanation might be that they really have hunted them to extinction but the game has not updated the graphics to match.

I already did that, but it didn’t solve the issue.
