I am unable to find Empyrion's Divine Spear at Illusionist

I purchased the Loyalist 3 DLC a few months ago, but when I wanted to wear the full set of Empyrion’s Divine Armor, I couldn’t find the Divine Spear. (The weapon in my hands is a two-hands sword).

As shown in the picture, all other parts can be easily found, except for the Divine Spear.
