I cant get past it. Explain it to me so I can get over this

Favorite game of all time.

Dedicated loyal player that espouses the awesomeness of this game person to person every chance I get…

But I cant get over my weapons disappearing when I cast magic missile. And then they come back.
Its such a jarring animation that I simply do not play any casting characters.

What am I missing here? Its something in the Lore? Something I should just know as an RPG player?>

Work me through this.

Yeah, our character momentarily hides his weapons away in a pocket rift, for otherwise they would impede his casting (complex fingerwork required and all). When he done with casting, he gets them back, via same pocket rift.

This reminds me of Monk in D3. He puts his weapon on his side whenever he uses punching skills :rolleyes:
