The initial issue is unknown.
I found a house that I would like to move from the spot.
I select the house. I click to move the building. I am moving coursor to another spot until it becomes green. I click - nothing happens.
If I click “close” for the house window, I can not able to select it ever again.
My solution was to remove this house completely.
