I dont know how to explain this, people die when the winter come

I dont know what happend actually.
when the population come to 500 more , the game is already has some stuck and stopped, (it should be cause of my computer is not that well enough). and somehow the game showup a small windows that says it has some problem happened and ask me to upload the log file to a website, in that time I didnt notice how bad is it, so I click OK to continued the game. And the horrorble things happened, people died one after another and the tip says they are died for the cold winter, they have more then they needs firewoods and plenty of foods, but they just died when they walk , when they are in the house, one by one.
after that stopped ,they are died almost 200 people. and the game was still continued but it kind of weird that I cant tell , untill the intruder comes I found the work plate that let us deploy each of job, even the plate shows someone work at the job but the buiding still shows no one there. then after i try to figured out what happened in the few minutes , the game just crushed into frozen view.
I find the log file but I dont know how to upload and where i can upload it.
its a really good game and Im so admire the creators who can build this world so real, and thank you!
