When is the next patch coming out, I know soon. 
The problem I having right now is the same that has been posted a dozen times, no way to assign labours . In this case the rocks have been prioritized but I can not uncheck it so my peps are not cutting wood for shelter or other industry.
The rock is priority because you have told them to build a road through it so it needs to be removed first. If you want to uncheck that priority on the rock, cancel the road first.

Or just change Harvest to Remove.
