Other than the bug with the missing Rune of Kalastor modifiers, in what way is the set bricked now?

Radaggan missing sigil cooldown & energy cost reductions

thx for providing those values, your comments are always very insightful and helpful, much appreciated. seems like it when just taking the set and hardcapped sigil nodes into account that is 100% higher cooldown (1.5s > 3s) and ~22% more damage (944 > 1150). oh well, now what? we can haz sigil spam?

doubling the damage mods does not make up the loss of cdr as that was a multiplier on the base damage of the skill. the assumption was that the sigil part also has to rely on onslaught.
