I need a chain lightning spell on a level 5 component

I’d like the option to use some kind of chain lightning spell before level 72. I think replacing lightning nova with chain lightning would be a splendid idea. Have it do appropriate damage for level 5 and hit 3 enemies. Call it Zap.

Alternatively, you could put a chain lightning spell on a low level unique. Maybe Stormcaller’s Circlet? I like that one because I find it on almost every character.
