Speaking of Easter Eggs… nice nod to the original Diablo game with the Groble Hero Pukesnot, the Unwashed. 
god DAMN did I miss that or haven’t gotten to it yet.
It’s a random Hero that you can fight in any area with Grobles in it, but he seems to be somewhat rare to find, so you might need to revisit these areas a few times until he spawns. 
I remember Pukesnot, the Unwashed. I encountered him for the first time ever in the past month or two.
In D1 was that one of those rapid fire acid spitter things? The memories of being annihilated by those

I think I remember that there were two or three of them, so perhaps. It’s been a long time since I played that.
Snotspill was one of the little fallen guys from D1 that it sounds like you guys are talking about.
Puke____ the Unclean or Snot____ the Unclean were random unique names from D2.
Actually, both were from the original Diablo.
Snotspil was a boss of the 4th level of the catacombs area, where there was a quest associated with him.
