I want to remove ALL previous characters and progress

I unchecked my cloud save.

I deleted all characters in my documents/grimdawn/main.

I did a search for everything related to grim dawn on my PC and deleted it as well as uninstalled the game via steam.

Then I reinstalled it and everything is back.

How do I mass erase ALL my progress thusfar to start totally fresh?

No need to deleted anything, just switch to local saves and rename the save folder like this Grim Dawn Guide - save files, switching to local save, resetting account with backup - YouTube

With cloudsaving enabled go into your Network tab in the games options. Press the “Delete cloudsaves” button. Done.

Again… cloudsaving MUST be enabled to have access to this button.
