A build looking like the (occultist?) that was featured in one of the first kickstarter video that got us all hyped?
I’m talking that sweet pistol + Book offhand combo but also using occultist spells like Sigil of consumption and the crow summon.
What kind of great synergies could make this combination capable of evolving and reaching endgame difficulty without cheating?
Oddly enough I was working on something a little similar a while back. I love that old loading screen picture? The one with the occulist with the Crow about to land on his hand and the sword in his hand that’s enchanted with Witchfire.
I was thinking of going Witchblade and having a sword + offhand with just the crow pet.

This was the general idea I had. Its most likely all wrong, not viable, and i’m sure goes against all the morals of theory crafting but I was doing it more “For the Roleplay!” more than anything else.
No idea how it would do. Didn’t get very far. Stopped playing a while back.
Without proper synergies it starts getting pretty hard in Act 3 even on normal.

Maybe an inquisitor/occultist build? Use the bird’s buff with inquisitor skills, either ranged or traps. This item seems to have synergy, even with solael’s witchfire.
