[Idea] 1h weapon for PS Rotgheist Conjurer / Archon

Currently, PS Rotgheist is forced to 2h wep, and only Stormrend can make PS executable with one hand. But this has no synergy with vit PS.
If you can do it with 1 hand, Conjurer it will be a good combination with Hallanx’s Head.
Archon can improve the survivability while increasing the dmg of the VM by having a shield.

Will you be able to unlock 1h wep PS with Rotgheist set or could you add vit dmg 1h wep to enable PS?
