[Idea] Add Nightblade's support to Valdun's Betrayal set

Hey,

You might now me from “Add more Demo support to Valdun’s…” thread.

I think since ranged meta and ranged Pierce in particular have fallen so much behind, it would be cool to add some Nightblade’s support to. Yes, fourth mastery, but why not? More fun and better build diversity for Pierce builds.

Suggestions:

  • Add Amarasta’s Blade Burst mod (I know Z. loves this skill). Something like “30% weapon damage, -0,3 seconds to cooldown” or “increased radius” or anything.
  • Add 50% Acid to Pierce conversion (we have 50% from the belt that is pretty much a must for any ranged Pierce)
  • Add +2 to Nighblade skills and some ABB/Lethal Assault/Night’s Chill bonuses to the set

This will open up some cool new builds possibilities, like for example ranged Pierce Sabouter. I also think that at this point ranged meta is in such a dire state that Crate shouldn’t shy away from injecting some real steroids into that. It can all be fixed later, like it was done with useless before Ulzuin’s set rework Cannister Bomb.

That’s a real shame. Dare I suggest changing Soldier support on it into Nightblade’s support? Cadence Valdun Tactician is a super sad build: slow, unreliable and not fun. Soldiers have a lot of toys to play with already.

It’s a bit late to be making such dramatic changes. Last time we did that, there was an uproar and another belt was born.

If a class combo for the set struggles, we should uplift that.
