Idea: Adding Kymon's Chosen and Death Vigil specific MIs to a certain vendor

When you play a class with Necromancer you are forced to join Death’s Vigil.

This locks you out of Malkadarr’s Dreadblade and Death’s Whisper Hood.
Both of those items are very vital on some classes that include Necromancer.

This is one of the few ways a new player (or simply inattentive veteran) can somewhat brick the early game.
Similar situation for players who pick “the fire and lightning faction” and now can’t get the fire and lightning MIs.

Yes, you can play without Necromancer until you get to Homestead. But who wants to do that?
Yes, there are endgame ways to get those items.

But it’s simply counter-intuitive do be forced into those options.

Here’s a simple solution: Adding those faction MI to the special vendor in the Blood Grove.

You can already get the faction-specific amulet and medal there.
But this would prevent lock-outs for players who made the wrong faction choice or class choice.

It would be a nice, simple fix to a long-standing issue.

If I can I would add that Benevald is the most annoying vendor in the game because he only offers a single or zero blueprints for blue high level items. Would be nice if that were increased to 2 or 3 blueprints similar to Hyram with the relic blueprints.

This is a pretty good idea imo. I typically level two characters at once for this very reason. One for the chosen, one for the vigil. So I can hop on one character to farm items the other one needs. But new players dont usually learn of these two rival factions until homestead when its time to choose and thats a big gap to level a second character up from. If they even want to level a second one at all…

I’d still probably keep my method of leveling two at once but this would give me more of a reason to check that vendor more often

Edit- Not to mention the SSF folks out there, i almost forgot about y’all. This would definitely help those players for sure
