[Idea] Change the conversion to FW on Shard of Eternal Flame

Pretty obvious from the title.
Shard of Eternal Flame is mainly used as the amulet for fire FW. At the same time, we have M. Justicar’s Set, which is also BiS for fire FW and also converts 100% phys->fire.
My idea is to change the conversion on amulet to pierce->fire to make full fire FW without occupying rings/belt slots and to get rid of doubled conversion.

+1. Fire Forcewave is not exactly op these days, it could use a little QoL buff like that.

+1 from me. It’s redundant to have conversion on amulet, when you’re using Justicar set anyway. Pierce to fire will be nice add.
