Idyllic Valley non existing...has anyone a good seed?

After more than one hour of rolling and rolling and rolling, there seems to be no good Idyllic Valley to be possible. Or this game fucks me and my generation luck hard.

Either it’s mountains galore, Waterworld, Wolfsworld or lacks basic ressources like clay, gold, coal, nuts, mushrooms or even trees…there are arid maps with more trees…

The only thing that the maps had in common was more deer with mostly 7-9 in density.
Even fertility was on a lot of maps barly at 50%…

I started closing the game and redoing it all over in case the game doesn’t remember which maptype i selected after a reroll. No luck. Just plain bad maps.

Anyone got a good one, that has every ressource and not 1/3 of the map beeing mountains/lakes?
I’m desperate…

There will be no water in the initial circle, but there is a medium-sized lake to the southwest. If you put your town center on the southwest corner, the lake will be about a market’s radius of influence away. So you can fit a nice cluster of homes between the town center and lake. There is a mountain to the right with 50k+ iron, a couple 8k+ coal nodes right in the area, a 2k sand, and a 2500 clay node to the northwest just a little.

Put the town center down just west of the coal/sand node and you should be good. I don’t know if there are other lakes outside the initial circle you can see.

Edit: To the east of the mountain, so southeast of the initial circle is a large lake as well.

Looks Really good to me - Water, ore, rock, clay, sand, fish, deer.
There are three fish shoals right next to each other at the bottom left of the initial scouting map.

PLENTY of Iron and Gold, Sand, Clay, Stone, Deer and Fish right from the beginning. Some Wolf Dens as neighbors because it is a Mountain start. Basically you only explore further for more stone and wood. Enjoy.

[Edit] Just fired up this seed again, and I was placed at a completely different starting location, so … no paradise on demand here. Sorry man.

34BBEE65166 - Large.

Plenty of all resources nearby. Nearby mountain, plenty of mineable resources, all gatherables within close distance of the starting area, 3 bodies of water nearby.

I found by purpose this one yesterday and i just fell in love. It has everything in the initial spot besides being extremely beautiful, in the middle of 2 giant lakes with plenty of fish. I got myself thinking on the layout of the city and it was perfect! Very romantic.
Definately worth a try in the future!

Here is the perfect Idyllic Valley
Seed → 14B9EE66B6A medium

All resources are nearby.
The only downside to this map is the deer that aren’t very close. But the lakes provide enough meat which compensates.

Deer spawns and mineral amounts change when a new game is loaded with the same seed. It’s like hitting Restart Map

Deer spawns, fish, and wolves change. Mineral deposits do not change for 95%+ of the nodes. I’ve run the same map 3 different times and nearly all the deposits are the exact same numbers.

Same for me.

I’ve seen different amounts on specific nodes and different amounts of nodes on my restarts. This can include an entire resource no longer being available even though it was just available in 20k+.

Boar have also been affected in my games, to add to the items you’ve specified. It’s working this way for myself and a friend of mine, but that’s really all I know.
