I just have a quick question about how item is being captured into the known items list? I am already 80 lvl and you can guess I found many various items, collected them, but do not see them as available.
What needs to be done to add the item to illusion system?
I think the list is made from whatever you have in your stash/inventory the first time you launch the expansion with a character + every new item you pick up.
Any item that you have in the stash (both shared and for that character), and any item you add in your inventory through either buying or loot will be added to the Illusionist list. Just like blueprints, the items will be on the list permanently and will be shared for all characters.
Keep in mind for vendor purchased items you don’t have to keep em, for each faction Ive been buying up their entire stock and immediately reselling to them to get a full list of illusions. Just be careful not to close the shop tab or you’ll end up holding 1 million or so iron of useless faction items.
I noticed you need to have the item to be able to use it. So useful if you go to a vendor and buy each armor/weapon type, then sell it back (at no cost) right away.
I would say that until now I have far not all the items in the list which I’ve picked, not sure why, but anyway, will test that further
Honesty I would like it it the screen showed all possible illusions from the start but greyed out those that you haven’t got yet so you can easily see which illusion are still missing.
