Turning your back to something which is perceived to be bad because people say it is, or running headfirst towards something which is likewise perceived to be good is a dangerous precedent.
Understanding and experiencing why exactly these…objects if you will are deemed to be good/bad adds to my own perspective and broadens it.
It allows me to explore the human condition a little further.
EDIT: And yes. I’m a rational idealist struggling to make sense of a fundamentally irrational reality.

Вроде проблемы старого пердуна-лектора эффективно решаются раздачей тех самых лекций в электронном или бумажном виде. Если у тела проблемы изложить это в выделенное время, можно просто написать всё что нужно в выдаваемых студентам конспектах. И царапать ничего не надо.

Ой, я закончил 12ть лет назад, так что у меня никаких проблем нет 
Но эти великолепные лекции запомнились, конечно, особенно на контрасте с другими лекторами с вменяемой подачей матерьяла =)
