[IMO] Thoughts provoked by youtuber

This is a series of youtube links that I stumbled upon, watch them in order when you have time. They are very well done, discuss very important issues and do have a specific point in relation to Grim Dawn. If anyone can guess that point (SPECIFICALLY RELATED TO GRIM DAWN), go ahead and post in the thread.

BUT DO NOT post in the thread to violate forum rules, the videos are being shared for a specific Grim Dawn related purpose. I admit, video 2 and 3 could lead to wild discussions that go way off topic, I put link 4 there too so that you come back to a sane mindset and reflect on the point in video number 1 that relates to Grim Dawn and mods in particular.

Anyway, in a very specific order, we have Artificial Intelligence, followed by the Apocalypse, then a rant on Money, before concluding with Rick and Morty.

Video one: Homo homini lupus. Three to six decades until artificial superintelligence that will eat us alive? I highly doubt that machines will “awake”. How intelligent they may be programmed and that`s always humanity who will be the greatest enemy of its own kind and ever was.

Of course we notice control by technology. Ive seen a vid ISIL checking a mans identity / past by using a notebook / the internet at a checkpoint. They shoot at him. This article may be recognized / recorded by machines when using the word BOMB TERRORIST ISIS, but its always some good or evil men behind all of this.
I think I remember it was Amsterdam: You had to register yourself, also your religion. Good people dont have to hide something, right? Some time later the Germans invaded. They had all relevant informations to get whom they were seeking for. Today you could send a drone / missile to every house. Tomorrow it wont be the AI.

If you look at the description for the AI vid, it talks about how the music for the video was made. Then rewatch the part about text to speech in the vid. My idea was that these guys have AI that uses existing music as its database, similar to the syllables of a person reading text for the text to speech, but then somehow this AI spits out new music.

Was really hoping to train it on the GD soundtrack and try to evolve out some new music for mods, but the people on the other end of that company never replied to my email.

Oh, I understand. Its not the first time ive actualy listend to computer generated music. Thats an interesting topic, I`d like to hear some samples if you ever could lay your hands onto it for sure
I always found it interesting, and as a funny side note you also can be successful with that sort of randomly created music:

In Germany there is a song of which the text was randomly chosen by five apes in a zoo.
