Inconsistency with The Black Sepulcher's entrance

There is an inconsistency with The Black Sepulcher’s entrance.

Look at the entrance from the outside:

Look at the entrance from the inside:

Now look at the minimap:

Unless we go down some stairs after entering the sepulcher, which doesn’t seem the case, the sepulcher causes a geographical anomally causing Cairn to have 2 norths.

There is probably a spiraling toboggan inside.
