You want people to invest in it as a low damage virus/debuff? 1.08 is a start but the range needs to be increased so casters have room to cast it 
There seems to be a standard range for viral/AOE dmg debuff spells similar to BP, like Haunt. I’m not sure why BP needs to be shorter range than that.

ya it needs more cast range, +1 upppp
I also feel like it should have a small chance to dramatically increase the single target on it as well. As it is, it’s clearly outclasses by most active abilities.
I always felt the lack of range was the cherry on top of the this-will-never-work-stop-theorycrafting-it-as-if-it-works-as-a-primary-skill cake.
