I believe the drop chance of Bloodsworn Vestments could use a bump.
At the moment, the drop chance is much worse compared to the other Bloodsworn MIs, which - IMO - stems from 3 reasons:
- No Boss with a guaranteed, or close to guaranteed drop chance exists (Zaria is the best at just under 10%).
- Heros have low chances to drop the vestments (no hero surpasses 5% drop chance).
- The only standard enemies that can drop the vestments are Bloodsworn Doomsayers, with a drop chance of either 3.21% or 5%.
Compared to Bloodsworn Scepters, for example, in addition to Doomsayers, Bloodsworn Zealots and Priests also have a chance to drop the scepters. Additionally, heros have a far better drop chance of the scepters (some as high as ~77%).
The fact that the best source of getting Bloodsworn Vestments are most likely Doomsayers, also results in, on average, much worse affix combinations, compared to MIs that can be target farmed from heros or bosses.
