Infinitesimal unconverted damage left in damage breakdown when having precisely 100% conversion

I noticed it years ago. Not a biggie but I thought it could be improved.

When I have precisely 100% Elemental → Pierce in total from 2 Bladetwisters (2 x 28%) and the belt (44%),
there’s Infinitesimal reminding damage left due to how numbers are stored / added in computers.
When I increase the total conversion to 101% (44% → 45%) these Elemental damages in :o: disappear.

Maybe a rounding function / some check could be added somewhere so that this doesn’t happen and better matches Math.
