Is it a build viable ? have u any suggestion to help ?
I m a newbee in the game. I like to use 2 guns, i like spells, pets …
And i have put no point in spirit, a lot in physical to equip armor, and a few in cuming to equip some good guns.

What is your goal with the build and game? Beat Normal/veteran? Make a build that can crush nemesis in ultimate? What do YOU mean by viable?
Focus one thing and one damage type. The common damage for necro and inquisitor is mostly aether damage. So go with drain essense and spihon souls. Something like this (i have not included devotions and gear, but the Widow and arcane bomb is a “must”) https://www.grimtools.com/calc/D2pv691Z

As I wrote, you have to specify what you mean by “viable”
Your pets will do 0 damage for you, and your damage types are too spread out for mid-late game. You also need resistance reduction to your damage type(s)
I don t know if this build can be play at hight lv.
I never see Inquisitor/necromancer, and I forgot to put point in spirit.
So should I must do a new chart like Inquisitor/ demolitionist or can I lv up my inq/necromancer?
Where I need to put the point for the other lv ? Pets ? Spells ?..
Should I need to put all my point in spirit, or in coming ?

Inquis/necro can be very strong - especially with drain essence - but isn’t the best choice gor pets. That said if you want to just beat normal, or even elite but don’t care about ultimate will greatly change the answer.
So how high do you intend to go, and where do you want your focus to be (name a spell or pets or guns or melee, but keep in mind ‘all the above’ won’t work much beyond normal)
If you wanna play an easy to make ranged char, do a purifier. If you wanna play an easy to make summoner, do a Ritualist or Cabalist. If you wanna play an easy to make caster, an apostate is not a bad choice
Invest in the mastery bar more to get basic stats. You will be given respec potions for attributes in “act 5” - the place after Loghorrean in Necropolis.
