We’ve got the Nicoh quest which is confirmed to be completely random, we have the Survivors quest in which this idiot Rictor chooses to stay behind even though you can f****** teleport him, and there’s a few others that just make no sense.
Push him into the portal option is missing like in the first xpac quest
