Self-explanatory title. Thanks in advance.
Phys resistance as far as i know. Good question though
Phys resist only. Avoid using Internal Trauma or any reflect mob will destroy you.
Thatâs unfortunate. I had been considering making an Internal Trauma build when the next patch hits. It may still be possible by picking up some reflect damage reduction.
i am %100 sure&certain about it, int trauma only resist by physical resistance, armor has zero effect on it.
Good health regen and %dam absorption from skills like menhirâs bulwark or mavienâs shpere helps alot, alongside with %phys res. What helps even more is skill from Ulo constellation, Cleansing Waters â it debuffs enemies and simultaneously kills any ongoing DoTâs/debuffs on you (trauma included). Arcanistâs Nulification can be used for that purpose too.
Mobs that can and will cast reflect buffs on itself are aetherial archmages and skeletal knights. Be on constant lookout for them. With knights itâs particulary nasty, cause those can come in numbers (Zantarin is a game of âwhack a Death Revenant before he summons knightsâ, lol).
So itâs somewhat mitigateable, but you gotta focus on that. Good luck.
Iâm actually already working on it for a few days now. Itâs level 66, just melting through Elite (but I know Elite isnât Ultimate). Doing a SW&B commando, using Blade Arc and Forcewave, Oleronâs Rage for the âflatâ trauma and OA, flashbang for DA reduction and the usual set of Soldier passives. For devotions, I took the Bull, Targoâs Hammer, Rhowanâs Scepter, Autumn Boar and Oleron. Just finished Oleron and will get Ulo for the proc, thanks for the idea. The knights were not very painful unless there were huge groups (Bull Rush would proc on them and it hurted. Donât even want to see Blind Fury) but I noticed they only reflect after that self-buff that looks like Shield Wall from Targoâs constellation. That made it easy to avoid the reflect.
Iâm thinking about Warborn/Myrmidon for end game equipment. TBH, I think it would work. And Iâm kinda proud of myself.
Thatâs the spirit!
Ulo will start with heavy cooldown, but will ease up to 22 sec on final level. Will not let you clear group of, say, buffed knights (unless they are really tightly clustered), but will help you, if you accidentaly whack wrong one. I use it in pair with mirror on my battlemage just for such occasions.
