Is it possible to remove the ability to 'charge' from enemies to support ranged tactical play?

As much as I love Grim Dawn, it’s always irked me that with the expansions ranged combat became a whole lot less “ranged” because there were so many enemies which would charge you. Sure you could play an inquisitor gunslinger, but mostly you’ll be gunslinging in melee range.

Would it be possible to remove the ability to charge from some enemies via modding? I’d still like to have some enemies keep the ability to charge, but maybe not ALL of the heavy hitters. To be honest I’d probably like to switch it around a bit so some of the low-hp things can charge you, but not the big HP blobs.

Yes, I for example changed Nullification Energy cost to very high recently which made it not-usable to enemies using it. You’d have to track these skills down though.

You could also try increasing your Movement Speed over what’s currently allowed.
