Only in the next difficulty. But that will also reset your reputation with them as well so if you need their gear/augments stock up before you switch.

You can also reset your reputation with GDstash (but not the quest progress) if needed.
What is gdstash? I started playing a few weeks ago. 
Infinite storage and character editing tool.
Use what you want from it.

it’s a inventory stash management tool that can also be used to edit characters (in other words: cheating).
I don’t recommend using until you all your stash space is filled to the brim, but even then it’s recommended to get rid of all excess gear by selling it / dismantling it at the inventor NPC, the iron/materials you get will come in handy when you start crafting your own gear.
Or not since it’s a single player game. How you play is up to you.
