Is Occultist Summon Familiar bugged?

I put 3 points into summon familiar and cast the summon familiar spell. However, there was no change in my Occultist’s energy regen. Is the bonus mana regen. limited to the familiar itself or is that ability implemented as party wide aura? I thought the energy regen. ability was a buff for the Occutist or a party wide aura.

Anyone have accurate information?

It’s a buff for the familiar only.

Thanks… that means the Occultist is going to have crappy energy regen. without Arcanist or gear/augments to boost mana regen.

There are some devotion spots that give lots of energy regen too (I know there’s at least one along or close to the typical summoner devotions which drastically made my own energy management easier)
