When I last played a demolitionist class the Concussive Bomb skill still has a 100% chance to stun its targetson max rank . Now it only has a 25% chance to stun at max rank.
Should I still keep it or should I put the skill points in other skills?
If you’re not focusing on Lightning/Electrocute then I’d put the points elsewhere.
