Is there a hot key to rotate camera?

I do not have a middle mouse button on my laptop. I was wondering if there is a hotkey enabled to rotate camera or screen. I did not see one on the control list.

Does your laptop have a touchpad? If so, three finger touch works like a middle button.

Well, that didn’t work. That minimized the screen. I’ll keep trying other swipes on the touch pad. :slightly_smiling_face:

I tried too, I was used to using the touchpad, but I had to give up eventually and get a mouse again. I played the game for a couple of weeks without being able to rotate the camera, a keyboard shortcut is a must for the developers. The day I got the mouse was great, I was spinning round and round all day!

Confirmed that it’s not possible to rotate the camera with the touchpad. I second (or third, or whatever) the idea that the developers need a way for those of us who don’t use a mouse to rotate the camera.

Something like simply holding Alt and moving the mouse maybe…

The game is Windows only, so I play it on my MacBook using Cloud Gaming service. MacBook laptop also have no middle button, so it would be definitely good to add hotkey for camera rotation.

Indeed, I’ve bought a couple more games recently (Ixion & Foundation) and they, like Stranded, all use Q & E to rotate the camera, with R & F to adjust camera pitch angle. Seems like a bit of a miss to not adopt what seems to be something of a standard, especially since the WASD keys are used by default.

I would also love to have a keyboard shortcut for camera rotation. I keep hitting my < and > keys thinking it will work like in Sims 4, LOL.
